A: Entry fee for the 5km Fun Run/Walk is R100. Entry fee for the 10km Run/Walk is R100. Temporary License: R30 (10km Run/Walk only).
A: South African road runners/athletes must possess a valid Athletics South Africa (ASA) licence to enter and run a 10km+ road race. This is obtained through an athletics club affiliated with ASA. It is compulsory to buy a temporary licence, if you are not a ASA affiliated club member when entering a 10km+ road race. A temporary licence is valid for race day only. A Temporary License is not required for the 5km race.
A: If you have entered online you can collect your race number, t-shirt (one size fits all), foam peak cap and a copy of the My Race magazine at SuperSport Park in Centurion from 30 July 2018 – 3 August 2018 between 10h00 and 18h00 or on race day from 08h00 to 12h00. Please bring your proof of payment when collecting. DO NOT COLLECT FROM SPAR STORES IF YOU HAVE ENTERED ONLINE.
A: Dogs are not allowed inside the stadium or to take part in the race.
A: Only if you plan to win a category prize.
A: Yes, kids in prams must pay to enter the race – it all goes towards a good cause. For age group rules, click here.
A: There is no cut-off time. We wait until the last runner comes in.
A: 16h00 on Race Day.
A: Due to the fact that most of the participants are women, and are therefore busy in the mornings, it is more feasible to hold the race in the afternoon. Additionally, ample water will be provided at the race.
A: Only professional walkers who qualify to win a prize, should wear a “W”.

A: No, we have our own braai facilities for everyone to use at the venue. We also provide fires.
A: You may not sell anything on the day and all advertising is channelled through the official My Race magazine. The 2018 magazine is already published. To advertise in next year’s magazine, contact Free Radical Media at .

A: You can book a stand for R4 000, or enter 40 people into the race and receive your stand FREE of charge. Contact Gerda van Schalkwyk on or to book your stand. An additional R100 non-refundable signage payment applies.
A: In-store and online pre-entries will close on 22 July 2018 at 20h00. Entries are limited to 25 000. Late Entries will be accepted at SuperSport Park from 30 July 2018 – 3 August 2018 between 10h00 and 18h00, if available.
A: Yes, the race takes place just 1 kilometer away from the Centurion Gautrain station and most people will be using it on the day.
A: Yes and there is a PocketPos at registration.
A: At the stage there will be a clearly marked bin for lucky draw entries.
A: No – simply arrive, participate in the race and enjoy the days’ festivities.
A: The start for the 5km is in South Street and the 10km start is in West Street.
A: Prize money payments will be done every Thursday, after the doping test results. Please check your account carefully before phoning to enquire.
A: Although it is not compulsory, SPAR would appreciate it.
A: Yes, men can also take part but they do not qualify for lucky draws or prize giving. They will however receive a goodie bag.

A: No announcements will be made regarding a lost child until the end of the day. Please enquire at the lost and found area. To help us please write your cell phone number on your child’s arm.

A: Top 10 Results will be announced 10 days after Race Day. Results of the 10km race will be published on www.raceresults.co.za.
A: Even if you don’t win first place, you will still receive one of SPAR's famous goodie bags jam packed with pampering treats and brand new products all donated by our wonderful race sponsors and partners. Don’t forget to collect yours after you cross the finish line. Please note that goodie bag contents may vary.
